Safety Standards
The health of our members and staff is our top priority, so we’ve worked hard to implement new safety measures to make everyone as comfortable as possible.
In accordance with best practices in reducing touchpoints and improving airflow, our reimagined spaces give you the opportunity to spread out and maintain appropriate physical distance.
- All Wing spaces operating at a reduced capacity to facilitate social distancing
- Member-prioritized use of the space
- Reconfigured seat spacing in common areas and conference rooms
- Six-foot distance markers and strategically placed signage to enforce capacity protocols
- Real-time space availability visible via the in-app Capacity Tracker
We’ve enhanced cleaning measures across all spaces (think hourly common area disinfecting to nightly deep cleans), plus upgraded our HVAC systems to prioritize your health and safety.
- Hourly disinfection of high traffic areas
- Continuous cleaning of conference rooms and seats between usage
- Rigorous nightly deep cleanings
- EPA ® registered disinfectants
- Upgraded HVAC air filtration system with MERV13 filters
- Touch-free sanitizer stations
- New medical-grade UV-C personal device sanitizers
We’ve made some essential temporary changes to how our spaces operate to ensure our team and members can work in a safe and healthy way.
- Mandatory face coverings
- Touchless temperature checks
- Team and member health declarations before entering the space
- Cashless transactions only
- Increased offering of single-use cups and cutlery
- Reduced touchpoints in shared member spaces (No hair dryers, Qtips etc)
- Shower facilities on pause
We’ve been working hard to get you back to The Wing and it’s our first priority to keep our team and members safe. We will update these standards as best practices and new information becomes available and welcome all questions, concerns, or ideas to [email protected]
